Jake Persofsky got his start in IT as a teenager, writing software and managing networks before most kids had their first email address. By age 19, he was managing technical teams at Comcast and consulting for Fortune 50 companies. But despite the big-company experience, Jake saw a gap: small and midsize businesses were being ignored, underserved, or straight-up misled by IT vendors who didn’t care.
In 2019, Jake founded Insperia with a different mission: to bring compassion, clarity, and elite technical know-how to the businesses who need it most. He built a small, expert team with one focus — delivering exceptional IT support that solves problems at the root, without all the confusion or corporate runaround.
